Rob Green

Previously working as an employee benefits specialist at a national insurance company, Rob decided that he would have more opportunities to use his creativity and innovation if he was working for clients rather than insurers. He made the switch and launched a successful career as a consultant obtaining a Registered Employee Benefits Consultant (REBC) designation, followed by a Group Benefits Associate (GBA) designation shortly thereafter.

In an industry that is highly individualistic, Rob recognized the benefits of aligning himself with a team of experienced, like-minded professionals who could work together to improve the service offered to all clients. In the fall of 2015, Rob Green expanded Green Benefits Group independently and moved to a new office location in Burlington, Ontario. The decision to move was based on Rob’s desire to grow his own firm independently while continuing to provide enhanced services to his valued clients.
